5 × 5 × 5 mm surface antenna on a 20 × 20 × 1 mm finite PCB. Copper tiles have a 0.5 mm pitch.

PLA supportWall thickness

Closed six-wall shell · 3 mm air cavity. Copper stays on the outer faces. Changing support changes the physical model and requires a fresh evaluation.

Feed geometry

A centered 1 mm signal pad faces a 1 mm ground-return strip across a 0.5 mm nonmetal gap. The strip connects through the PCB to bottom ground.

Editable face

Copper tiles share edges around corners. The fixed contact and source gap are protected.

Copper is modeled as an ideal PEC sheet. These are fixed benchmark material values. Changing material values requires a supported new preset contract; saved results cannot be reused for a different material.
